FRONT-END DEVELOPMENT

I build single page applications using React, usually with Typescript or ES6. For design and responsiveness I use CSS, SASS and or Bootstrap.

CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE

My cloud platforms includes AWS(S3), Google Cloud (Firebase, Hosting, Functions, Authentication, Firestore, Realtime Db ect. )

DATABASES

I uses SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQ etc) relational databses on a daily basis. For NoSQL I use MongoDb, Firebase/Firestore. I also build SQL Server Reports.

CI/CD

I have extensive experience with setting up CI/CD pipelines and orchestration with docker and kubernetes

AUTOMATION

I automate tasks with Bash, NPM and Python scripts. I use webpack with Reactjs.

MOBILE Development/React Native

I have worked with React Native as well to develop cross platform (IOS/ANDROID ) applications.

Version Control

I am a GIT guy and mostly use Github or Bitbucket. Most of my work repositories are private so you would have to contact me for code examples. This is my github page.

Analytics

I have experience with Data Science and analytics, and have since completed a Post Graduate Degree in Data Science and Business Analytics. In my curent role I rarely apply these skills and knowldege but there are scenarios and past roles where I've used and apllied thios.

BACK-END DEVELOPMENT

I write mostly Elixir, Python Node for the backend. But I've also done some work with PHP and Java for the backend. For API planning, I prefer to use apiary.

I want to create software that helps people and does stuff.

Health Entrepreneurs provides a sustainable and scalable model that works within the existing healthcare system, by providing a business opportunity for community health workers to improve healthcare in hard-to-reach rural communities. We operate in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Burundi, Burkina Faso, Congo and Nigeria with a network of 15,000 CHEs, reaching 18 million people in remote and rural areas.

The system's frontend was built with the Reactjs library with Typescript and redux Sagas.

The backend was built with Python Django framework.

The backend was built with Elixir phoenix, with a microservices approach to handling all necessary components in the cloud supply chain infrastructure.

I worked on this project for roughly 6-7 months. The products helps to bring potential investors together with promising start-ups. Throught the use of data, cleints(Investors) can make informed decisions on which start-ups to invest in.

The frontend is built with the React library, using Typescript and xstate for state management.

The backend runs on Flask, a python framework used to develop APIs.

UEGCL

This is an audit workflow and report tracking automation tool. It helps make the workflow as fast as a few hours compared to how long it would take innitially, with employees taking up to a month to finish the audit and report tracking processes.

The system's frontend was built with the Reactjs library with Typescript and redux Sagas.

The backend was built with Flask, and implemets a data ETL pipeline that consumes data from different sources, transforms and formats it to be displayed on dashboards among other sources. This Project employs some data analysis and uses tools such as Pandas and Numpy to carry out these operations.
